Production Process

2. Sandblasting: In a sealed workshop, quartz sand is sprayed at 0.6–0.8MPa pressure. Blasting time and distance are controlled to achieve a consistent matte finish, avoiding over-erosion and color variation.
3. Texture Refinement: The surface is lightly ground to correct uneven texture, with a vacuum removing residual sand particles.
4. Protection & Packaging: A matte protective coating preserves the sandblasted texture, and panels are wrapped in soft pearl cotton to prevent surface damage during transport.

Industry Applications

Commonly used for interior wall cladding, kitchen countertops, and elevator cabin walls, as well as exterior facades of modern art galleries and boutique stores. It is highly sought after in design projects embracing minimalism.

Transportation & Handling

1. Transportation: Stacked horizontally with non-slip mats between panels to prevent sliding and abrasion. Stack height is limited to 1.5 meters to avoid deformation under pressure.

2. Handling: Interior walls can be installed via dry hanging or adhesive bonding, using neutral silicone adhesive to prevent stone corrosion. Daily cleaning requires only a soft cloth—acidic cleaners are strictly prohibited to protect the coating.
